Shipping policy

Shipping:

We offer local pickup if you are from the area. Shipping charges will be credited when you pick up your order from our toy shop in New London, WI. (Note: The Local Pickup tab is set to our Oshkosh PO Box that doesn’t have inventory listed there) Just place your order and message us that you are planning on picking it up.

All of our shipping is via USPS, UPS & FedEx depending on what is purchased. All of our orders have tracking and insurance just in case of issues with your shipment. 
We pack our orders very well so nothing happens to them, but there is always the chance of mishandling from the shippers. That is what insurance is for. Sadly with one of a kind items, we won’t be able to send out a replacement. But you will be refunded through the insurance process via shipper, when that is completed.

Monday orders ship on Tuesday
Tuesday orders ship on Wednesday 
Wednesday orders ship on Thursday 
Thursday orders ship on Friday
Friday orders ship on Saturday morning 
Saturday & Sunday orders ship on Monday
